At CYBERPACK LLP, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. On this page, you can learn how to request the deletion of your account and associated information from the CYBERPACK Platform (including the CYBERPACK App mobile application and the web platform for teachers).
How to Request Account and Data Deletion:
To initiate the deletion of your CYBERPACK account and associated personal data, please send an email to:
support@cyberpack.kzIn the subject line of your email, please state: "
CYBERPACK Account Deletion Request".
In the body of the email, please provide the following information so we can identify your account:
- Your Email Address that you used when registering with CYBERPACK.
- Your First and Last Name as stated in your profile (if applicable).
- Your Role in the System (Student, Teacher, Parent – if you know this).
- School Name and Grade/Class (for students and teachers, if applicable).
- Additional Information (if you are a parent/guardian requesting the deletion of a child's data): Please provide the full name of the child whose data you wish to delete and confirmation of your parental rights (we may request additional information for verification).
What Data Will Be Deleted:
Upon receiving and confirming your account deletion request, we will delete the following personal information associated with your account:
- Your registration data (full name, email, age, grade/class, school, phone number, if provided).
- Your profile data and settings.
- Your learning progress history, including information about initiated and completed projects, test results, and assignments.
- Data about your interaction with the AI assistant that can be directly linked to you.
- Any user-generated content you uploaded to the Platform (e.g., project files in "Scientific Portfolio"), if it is stored under your account.
What Data May Be Retained:
We strive for the complete deletion of your personal data upon request. However, some information may be retained in the following cases:
- Anonymized or Aggregated Data: Information that has been de-identified and cannot be used to identify you may be retained for statistical and analytical purposes, as well as for improving our Platform.
- Legal Obligations: We may be required to retain certain information (e.g., payment data if you made purchases) for the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (e.g., for accounting and tax purposes).
- Backup Copies: Your data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) after its deletion from active systems. Upon expiration of this period, it will also be deleted.
Request Processing Time:
We will process your data deletion request within a reasonable timeframe, typically not exceeding
30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving and verifying your request. We may contact you to confirm your identity before performing the deletion.
Important for Parents/Guardians:
Parents or legal representatives have the right to request the deletion of personal data of their child who has not reached the legally established age for independent consent. The procedure is similar to the one described above.
